Temple Kehillat Chaim 2026-2027 Membership Dues Commitment Form

Membership Dues

For the 2026-27 fiscal year (July 1 - June 30), please select one of the following categories. Includes Building Fee.

Select your dues category for 2026-27
Family - $3,216. Two persons residing together (regardless of religious affiliation), ages 32 - 64, with/without dependent children.
Single - $2,220. Single person, ages 32 - 64, with/without dependent children.
Senior (Couple) - $2,280. Two persons residing together (regardless of religious affiliation), with at least one member age 65 or older. No M&M.
Senior (Single) - $1,440. Person age 65 or older. No M&M.
Young Member (Family) - $855. Two persons residing together (regardless of religious affiliation), ages 21 - 31, with/without dependent children.
Young Member (Single) - $516. Unmarried, age 21 - 31, with/without dependent children.
Student (Couple) - $855. Two persons residing together, ages 21 - 31, both attending school.
Student (Single) - $516. One person, ages 21 - 31, both attending school.
Optional Associate Member - $680. Membership available to those in good standing at another synagogue. (Please note: Associate members do not pay M&M).
Circle of Giving - Torah - $10,500 (includes dues, M&M and building fee)
Circle of Giving - Avodah - $7,350 (includes dues, M&M and building fee)
Circle of Giving - Chasadim - $5,250 (includes dues, M&M and building fee)

MORTGAGE AND MAINTENANCE (M&M). Mortgage and Maintenance is used for paying the mortgage and to pay the costs of operating Temple Kehillat Chaim. M&M is $750 per year for the first 7 years for the Family Membership category (Family or Young Member Family). M&M is $650 per year for the first 7 years for the Single Membership category (Single or Young Member Single). M&M is reduced to $190 per year for all membership categories after the first 7 years. Seniors, Students, and Associate Members do not pay M&M. Please contact the bookkeeper at 770-641-8630 if you are unsure about your appropriate M&M level. 

CHAI FUND (voluntary). This fund was developed to ease the effect of revenues lost in cases where memers were temporarily unable to pay a full share of their dues and was designed so a large number of members could make an impact. Please add an annual donation amount below that you would like added to your dues.

DRAKE HOUSE FUND (voluntary). This fund was developed to help support an apartment at the Drake House.Please add an annual donation amount below that you would like added to your dues.

ENDOWMENT FUND (voluntary). This fund was developed to provide long-term, financial stability for TKC, yielding future fiscal support to our operating funds. Please add an annual donation amount below that you would like added to your dues.

Method of Payment. Please indicate a method of payment below.
Please bill me. Statements will be sent for open balances due either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, sent via email.
Charge my credit card (please contact the office with your updated credit card information). Balances due will be charged either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. A 3% credit card processing fee is addded.

No one is denied membership due to financial hardship. If you do not feel you can make a commitment based on the above dues structure, contact our Finance Committee at bookkeeper@kehillatchaim.org. Dues relief does not carry over from year to year and needs to be discussed annually.
